Transfer Rules

The Transfer Window will be open permanently, but there is a limit of 2 ins and 2 outs per week. if a member wishes to make more then this, it will cost an additional £1 mil per player for each transfer above this limit.

Transfers are processed as would be on a dream team website. so for example, transfers DO NOT occur between players, but as such a player pool. Players sent back to the player pool have their values refunded to the team releasing them, which allows the manager to refill this void with the regained money and any extra they have earned during the course of the season to make improvements to their team.

These Rules must be Followed at all times during your time on CFM, failure to do so may result in fines, points deductions or your team being banned from doing transfers for a window.

- All Players must have a squad of 19 players, this is made up of 2 gks, and 17 outfielders (def, mid, fwd).
- Every squad must come within their budget. the starting budget will be £110m, and this will increase depending on games played, league position at the end of the season, and cup finishing.
- 1 player CAN play for more then 1 team, for example joe hart could play for man united and man city, as this makes it fairer to members who are late coming, and also means 1 team cannot have all the best players, resulting in a more competitive league.
