What to do about league with update coming on 23rd

With the update set for the 23rd of Feb, it leaves us in a bit of a stciky situation regarding the league. Do we start now or wait until update. We have 2 options for the site to decide on.

1st option - Do a tournament that will run up to until the update with the squads we have all made. If you play all your games in this tournament you will be rewarded with 1m extra budget. So the active players will get rewarded when it comes to building a new sqaud for the update.

2nd Option - Start league tomorrow(Monday) and when the update comes out go over the update and let the users make a certain amount of transfers(wont be whole team as you cant do that mid-season).

Please vote in the poll and whatever receives the most votes will be the option used.

If there was an Option 3 of first full season with current squads i would do that
